Overview
--------

The Mousetail API is organized into three main modules:

- **server**: The main MCP server implementation (``mousetail.mcp.server``)
- **tools**: Individual tool implementations for each MCP operation (``mousetail.mcp.tools``)
- **collection_manager**: Collection lifecycle and access management (``mousetail.server.collection_manager``)
